Lifelong learner of art, design, and human behavior. As someone who has been doing UX Design and Research for 8 years, teaching UX for 5 years, and painting for 3 decades, I realize that art or any form of creative activities can play a huge role in helping people get over their own mental barriers. It makes people more open to making mistakes and then correcting them. My goal is to help people and organizations become better at expressing themselves and becoming more creative and curious. There are a lot of ways through which I can do it, for some it could be a Culture Landscape workshop, for some it could be a conversation on how to ask questions and for someone, it could be an abstract art class. So far I have trained close to 2000 people to become better at asking questions, being more creative, and being better listeners.
