For purposes of this agreement, the Coach is Jagan and the Client is the professional booking this service.
Coaching is an intervention meant to be an intense, collaborative discussion with the client that helps them discover their full personal and professional potential. Coaching is intended to teach the client ‘how to fish’ rather than ‘give the fish’ to the client. While the main engagement model will be coaching, there may be aspects of mentoring and sharing insights by the coach if it adds value to the client's discovery process.
Assessment of your current state and readiness for the targeted state, a co-created customized roadmap for the transition based on market realities, coaching on Resume/LinkedIn narrative, preparation for leadership interviews, job search & networking strategies, and a co-created plan to grow in the new role.
In this session, we will start by discussing the key takeaways from the offline assessments (prerequisites for this session) The coach will share insights on the client's current career situation in the context of the market realities and the readiness and alignment of the client's capabilities to the desired new career or role. The client and the coach will jointly create a plan to evaluate career possibilities offline.
In this session, the coach and the client will reflect on any offline research and then co-create a short term plan to move forward. The coach helps the client reflect on this career transition and mentally prepare for transitioning to the new career or role, fully understanding the growth path. This may include practical strategies for upskilling, training and filling the gaps for the desired new career or role.
PS: Some of the capability building may take longer than this coaching engagement and may need to be pursued beyond the coaching engagement. The coach will share insights if such long term capability building would be needed.
Typically, this session will be conducted after some of the critical capability gaps are addressed by the client.
In this session, the coach will review the resume in alignment to the identified career or role possibilities. The client and coach will jointly create a plan to create one or more versions of the resume. The coach will share insights on storytelling in the resume, to enable the client to work on it offline
In this session, the coach and the client together finalize one or more versions of the resume. The coach will then provide insights on the client's LinkedIn profile and job search strategies. The client and coach will jointly create a plan to enable the client to pursue networking and job search strategies that are discussed in the session.
This session (that could also be split into two parts each 30 minutes) is typically used by the client for interview preparation. The coach will conduct mock leadership interviews in the context of a real or mock job description and provide actionable feedback to the client. This would make the client more confident in real interview settings.
PS: The coach will not do technical interviews as part of mock interviews. The mock interview sessions will focus on opening pitch, leadership/situational questions, cultural fitment questions and closing comments, including how to handle exit questions and offer negotiations
In this session, the coach and the client discuss key takeaways from the program. The coach will share insights on how to succeed and grow in the new role or career and jointly work with the client to internalize the 8 Ts of a successful career transition and the corresponding mental models needed to navigate such a transition in the future as well.

Coaching will include discussions, action planning, and reflection to empower the client toward their goals within a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space.
· - Sessions will be conducted via the virtual meeting platform Google Meet
· - Each session will last approximately 60 minutes
- Number of Sessions: 6
- Frequency and Timing: To be determined based on mutual agreement
- Duration: 60 mins per session
- Unlimited Email/WhatsApp messaging Support during and after the program
- Duration: Typically 4-6 months from the first session (Can be customized based on client needs)
The client agrees to attend sessions punctually and come prepared to engage fully in the coaching process.
- Coaching Fee: INR 35,000 (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Only) paid upfront
All information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential unless:
1. The client provides written consent to share specific information.
2. Disclosure is required by law.
3. There is an imminent risk of harm to the Client or others.
The coach may ask for permission to record the sessions, purely for post-session analysis. The client has the prerogative not to approve the recording request.
Coach's Role:
· The Coach will provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment, ask powerful questions, and guide the Client toward actionable insights. However, the Coach does not provide therapy, legal, or financial advice.
Client's Role:
· The Client is responsible for their progress and outcomes. Success depends on the Client's willingness to take action and implement agreed-upon strategies.
- Client Cancellations: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as conducted, and no reschedule will be provided
- Coach Cancellations: If the Coach cancels or reschedules, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this Agreement at any time with a 2-week written notice. The Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. If paid upfront, the Coach agrees to refund the Client for any incomplete sessions, as per the agreement, after deducting any platform fees, taxes, and commissions. Although optional, it is recommended to have a session to discuss mutual feedback about the termination, which will help both the Coach and the Client move forward.
The Client acknowledges that coaching is a collaborative process and agrees that the Coach is not liable for any outcomes or decisions made as a result of the coaching relationship.
