I began my professional career in a Tier 1 company and learnt the basics of the industry. Then I joined an automobile OEM (GM) to learn the broader process. Upon getting 5+ years of experience, I then joined Vestas - A pioneer in the wind industry. My previous automobile experience has helped me to assess the differences between both industries. Not only that, but I also started implementing good learnings in the wind industry which I learnt from an automobile. I then wanted to develop my leadership skills in the form of Toastmasters which not only honed my leadership but also my presentation and communication skills. I am not a complete person. But have an eagerness to learn and incorporate the improvements continuously. Now I have joined Resolux as the Country manager in India to develop the entity in the Indian market and also for the demanding global market.
