I am an expert in optimizing teams, to make sure they deliver value to the business. Have done it many times over the last 18 years of my leadership roles, with different types of teams ranging from Engineering teams, product management teams and others. It's a detailed grounds up approach, which not only delivers value, but sustains for years. My current passion is the area of "Future of Work", where full time jobs by and large have to move over to gig jobs, where the right people do the right tasks. With the evolution of technologies like AI, blockchain and orchestration of AI Agents, this is a reality which will gain larger footprint in the years to come, with way better efficiency.
