I am passionate about developing and implementing scaled patient journeys which redefine patient experiences within healthcare systems. While organizational "profit" is always a side-effect of my work, my core goal is always to positively impact patients and deliver an experience that is helpful, efficient, engaging, and honest. Over the last 10-years I have developed and deployed healthcare experiences across specialties including Oncology, Neurology, Pain Management, Dentistry, and Alternative/Holistic Medicine(Cannabis, Reiki, Yoga, etc), and have worked alongside dozens of others serving experiences that are used by hundreds of thousands yearly- and have impacted millions. I am currently the Head of Marketing for Leal a tech start-up using AI to clinically match cancer patients to clinical trials, and empower them to take action. While at Leal I've been able to craft unique high-converting personalized journeys, demonstrate growth of over 15% a month, lead a growing(amazing) team, and help impact and empower tens of thousands in the midst of their cancer journeys.
