As the Abteilungsleiter Einkauf at Econova Gmbh, I am responsible for the entire procurement process, from tendering to supplier selection, as well as reporting and analyzing the purchasing results and KPIs. I work with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure cost-effective and quality-driven procurement strategies. I also manage the order placement, confirmation, delivery, and follow-up activities, proactively addressing any issues or delays. I have a strong engineering background, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad College of Engineering and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science. I am also pursuing a master's degree in Operational Excellence in MBA & Engineering at Hochschule Hof, University of Applied Sciences, where I am learning how to optimize business processes and performance. I have experience in technical project management, product development, design, and production planning, as well as skills in ERP, RFQ, PPAP, Solidwork, and Autodesk inventor. I am motivated by challenging and innovative projects that require both technical and managerial skills.
