I have worked for 10 years as a social entrepreneur and an action researcher. l worked with the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and UNICEF, engaging with field-based research as a means to study and facilitate the fulfilment of rights and policy obligations to citizens, especially children. l founded ‘Aashayein’ in 2011 to promote compassionate living and self-exploration among college students and started learning centers in Ahmedabad in 2020 to help dropout children continue their education through open schooling. Having recognized the role of elected representatives in helping citizens access their entitlements, I worked on their capacity building. In 2021, Indian School of Democracy, I built the research vertical to demystify political knowledge. I have a degree in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) focused in Electrical Engineering from Aligarh Muslim University
