Throughout my career, I have enjoyed many executive and managerial positions in various industries, which have shaped me into the person I am today. Here's a glimpse of my career: I started my career as a Spend Analyst. This is where I developed my logical thinking and reasoning skills, which have helped me and continue to help me come up with structured action items to deal with complex situations. My second job was as a Production Engineer at Onida (TV manufacturing unit), where I was in charge of the production line and managed a team of 25 technicians. This is where I learned people management, Time Management, Team Leadership, Collaborative problem-solving skills, and many more. My academic background includes a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University. I have also contributed to the academic field as an Assistant Professor and Training & Placement Officer at VIVA Institute of Technology, mentoring undergraduate engineers in software testing and data science techniques. I have spent significant years in the education sector and the IT field, learning the craft of Software Testing, Data Science, and the EdTech industry. Cut to today: I serve as a Senior Automation Engineer at TESTRIQ QA Lab, LLP, where I lead a team of testers for various software projects following Agile processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. My role also involves implementing automation testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, I serve as the Head of Learning & Development at Cinute Digital Private Limited (TESTRIQ Academy). I manage the company’s training needs, design courses, and train trainers on the latest technologies. I have successfully obtained AAA (American Accreditation Association), ACTD (American Council of Training and Development), and GASQ (Global Association for Software Quality) accreditations for the company and established it as an official ISTQB exam center. As a motivated Test Automation Engineer with over 14 years of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams in the software testing, data science, and EdTech domains.
