Most founders go into a fundraise with a decent deck and a lot of hope. The ones who close rounds quickly on good terms, with the right investors go in with something more: a validated strategy, a stress-tested financial model, a sharp pitch deck, and a clear campaign plan. This package builds all four.
The Fundraising Readiness Package is designed for founders who are serious about raising and want to do it properly in one contained, sequenced programme rather than piecing it together session by session.
Here's what's included:
Session 1 — Business and positioning strategy We start with the foundation. Who you are, what you're building, why now, and why you win. Before touching a deck or a model, your narrative has to be razor-sharp. We clarify your positioning, your competitive angle, and the investor-facing story that everything else will be built on.
Session 2 — Financial model review: We go through your financial model in full — stress-testing assumptions, cleaning up unit economics, and making sure the numbers tell the right story for your stage and sector. An investor will interrogate your model. This session makes sure you're ready for that.
Session 3 — Pitch deck deep-dive: You share your deck 48 hours before. I review it fully in advance, then we work through it together — narrative, structure, investor optics, and every slide that needs fixing. You leave with a detailed written feedback document and a revised deck you can take into investor meetings.
Session 4 — Fundraising strategy and campaign plan: The final session before you go live. Who to approach, in what order, how to get warm introductions, how to run a tight process that creates momentum and FOMO, and exactly what to do in the 48 hours after every investor meeting. You leave with a written campaign plan and a prioritized investor target list.
Total value if booked separately: $600; Package price: $500
The sessions are designed to run in sequence over 3-4 weeks, enough time for you to implement feedback between each one, so you're not just absorbing information but actually improving in real time.
