The mastermind is a small, curated group of 6 founders who meet once a month for 90 minutes. The format is tight: wins round-robin, one strategic insight from me, a hot seat where 1–2 founders bring their biggest challenge to the group, and accountability commitments.

Between sessions there's a private WhatsApp group for quick questions, warm intros, and peer support.

What makes it work:

1. Curation. No two direct competitors in the same group. Everyone is at a roughly similar stage.
2. The hot seat. The most valuable 50 minutes in your month - your hardest problem interrogated by 5 other smart founders plus my strategic synthesis at the end.
3. Accountability. Stating commitments publicly in front of peers is one of the most effective behaviour-change mechanisms that exists.

Cost: ₹6,000 - 10,000 per month depending on the group (charged quarterly upfront).
