Building the product is the part most founders are comfortable with. Getting it to market, figuring out who to sell to first, how to reach them, what to say, and how to turn early interest into actual revenue is where most early-stage startups stall.

This session is for founders who have something built, or nearly built, and need a clear, realistic go-to-market plan for the first 90 days of launch. Not a theoretical framework. A specific, sequenced plan for your business.

We work through:

  1. Your beachhead customer: who is the single most winnable first customer, and why starting narrow is almost always the right move
  2. Channel strategy: where your specific customer actually lives and how to reach them without a marketing budget - organic, community, partnerships, direct outreach, content
  3. Messaging: what to say to make your ideal customer immediately understand why this is for them - the one-liner, the positioning statement, the objection pre-empts
  4. Pricing and packaging: is what you're selling priced and structured in a way that makes the buying decision easy?
  5. The first 10 customers plan: a specific, sequenced outreach and acquisition plan for getting your first paying customers — not your first free users
  6. Early traction metrics: what to measure in the first 90 days to know if the GTM is working, and what the leading indicators of product-market fit actually look like in your specific business model
  7. Investor narrative: how early traction, even small should be framed in your pitch to make it land harder than the numbers alone suggest

This session works best for founders who are 4–8 weeks away from launch, or who have launched but haven't found a repeatable acquisition channel yet. If you're still in early product development this session is premature, book the business idea validation session first and come back.

You'll receive a written GTM brief within 24 hours summarizing your beachhead customer, top two or three channels to focus on, your core messaging, and your 30-day action plan.
