Most founders spend six months building before they find out the idea had a fatal flaw that a sharp 60-minute conversation would have caught. This session is that conversation before you've committed the time, money, and emotional energy.

This is not cheerleading. I'll push back, challenge assumptions, and tell you honestly what I see because the kindest thing I can do at this stage is help you find the holes before an investor does, or before you've built something nobody wants.

We'll work through:

  1. The core idea: is the problem real, specific, and painful enough that people will pay to solve it?
  2. The market: is it big enough to matter, and is it the right time for this?
  3. The business model: how does this actually make money, and is the unit economics logic sound?
  4. The unfair advantage: why you, why now — and is that answer convincing?
  5. The fundability question: if you plan to raise, is this the kind of idea investors get excited about, or does it need repositioning?
  6. The build vs validate question: what's the minimum you need to prove before building anything?

You'll leave with a clear-eyed assessment of where your idea is strong, where the biggest risks are, and exactly what to validate or fix before your next step — whether that's building, fundraising, or going back to the drawing board.

This is also a good session if you're choosing between two or three ideas and need a structured way to think through which one to pursue.
