Hello, I’m Ishita Srivastava - a qualified Company Secretary and Lawyer, deeply interested in corporate law, governance, and compliance, and strongly committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing. I offer advisory and mentorship in matters relating to Company Law, SEBI regulations, XBRL work, and other Equity related compliances. I also provide guidance and practical insights on Company Law related legal issues to support both academic learning and professional understanding. Alongside this, I actively support CS and LL.B students by helping them with academic doubts, conceptual clarity, career direction, and structured study planning. This includes personalised 60-day and 6-month study plans, designed according to individual goals, timelines, and preparation levels. I have cleared CS examinations, completed LL.B, and qualified AIBE 2025 in First Attempt, along with an ICSI-certified CSR course. Currently, I am undergoing the final phase of my CS training at Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a listed Government of India PSU. This exposure has enabled me to gain hands-on experience in corporate governance, SEBI (LODR) compliances, equity-related stock exchange requirements, and board-level processes, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
