I’ve been following Ishita’s insightful posts on gender issues on LinkedIn, but she truly bowled me over during our recent virtual interaction on career guidance. She has so much valuable knowledge to offer—whether it’s recommending the right contacts for networking or suggesting impactful career enhancement courses. Ishita was incredibly patient and attentive, giving me a genuine listening ear. It was an absolute joy connecting with her. Keep shining, Ishita

I loved how you suggested me different job roles and I can look for. It really gave me motivation to do better in terms of seeking right opportunities. Also, connection building is something I understood from you. So thanks a lot!
