Hi, I’m Ishika! 🧠 I’m a Clinical Psychology trainee at NIEPVD, Dehradun, and a UGC-NET (December 2025) qualified psychology enthusiast. I’ve been learning and growing in the field of psychology for the past seven years, and this journey has shaped both my academic interests and my passion for helping others. As a Mentor Having personally navigated the psychology entrance and academic journey, I understand how confusing it can sometimes feel to figure out what to study, where to apply, and which path to take. As a mentor, I aim to provide practical, honest, and personalised guidance to psychology students—helping them make informed decisions and navigate their journey with greater clarity. As a Counsellor Psychology, for me, is not just about academics—it’s about understanding people. As a counsellor, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can openly talk about their concerns, understand themselves better, and work towards meaningful change.
