Career crossroads

For when the decision won't resolve. MBA or keep working. Take the offer or hold out. Stay or leave.

I won't tell you what to do, I don't know your life. What I will do is help you think clearly: what you are actually optimising for, what the realistic version of each path looks like from someone who has lived several of them, and which of your assumptions don't survive contact with reality.

I have made most of these calls myself, and have been through the journey. Happy to share how I thought about them.
