Currently in Rapido he is managing the Bike Taxi Marketplace, both Supply and Demand side, which includes acquisition, retention, resurrection of both drivers and customers. He is taking care of the Revenue and P&L, which also includes planning budgets for incentives, discounts and marketing spends. He also plans and manage Digital, Performance and Offline marketing with the respective teams. Prior to this he was working in Jubilant Foodworks (Dominos) where he managed complete P&L, Sales, Operational KPIs, Local Store Marketing & Quality Assurance for Dominos restaurants in Delhi NCR. Have been able to deliver double digit sales growth, manage new product launches, improve EBITDA margins and KPIs like Delivery on Time and NPS. He also developed & drove effective Performance Marketing strategy & procedures for the East & West regions (~540 restaurants across 16 states). He has planned Media buying and spends basis targeted markets and cohorts, maximizing the ROI generated.
