An alumnus of IITD and IIMA, Ishan is a problem solver and hustler with a passion to solve large problems having a meaningful social impact. Ishan has 6+ years of professional experience working across strategy, ops, product, marketing and corp dev. At LEAD, he is working on addressing the problem of poor learning outcomes in affordable private schools across the country. He has worked with the founders and is playing a key role in helping the company grow from a small startup to an EdTech unicorn & beyond. Prior to LEAD, Ishan was a management consultant with Kearney where he worked on topics ranging from business strategy to cost transformation across FMCG, automotive, telecom and power sectors. He also did a short consulting assignment for Govt. of Gujarat on developing the overall strategy for "Open-Defecation Free Gujarat" under the Swachh Bharat Mission. Ishan is a big foodie and loves travel & adventure sports. His hobbies include playing guitar, dancing as well as playing table tennis and snooker.
