I am Ishan Dhyani, an Assistant Professor, Advocate, UGC NET (Law) Qualified, and PhD Scholar with academic interests in Intellectual Property Law, Competition Law, and Public Policy. I hold an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from the University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, and a BBA LL.B. from the Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), GGSIP University. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Law, with research focusing on the interface between Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law. My academic work includes publications in national and international journals and presentations at academic conferences. I am passionate about legal research, teaching, and mentoring students pursuing careers in law and academia. Beyond academia, I am also the author of two novels, reflecting my interest in storytelling and creative writing.
