As a UX Designer at Anatta, I work on creating engaging and intuitive digital products that solve real-world problems. Before joining Anatta, I was a UX Designer 1 at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited, where I played a significant role in the development of the "Sales Central" product. I designed four distinct loan journeys within Sales Central, which contributed to a substantial increase in quarterly business. I also conducted user interviews, research, and prototyping to craft the Account Aggregator assisted journey, which drastically reduced the time required for collecting bank statements. I am passionate about enhancing user experience and solving complex problems with design and research.
