Since then I have held various roles in the growth domain at prominent companies across the world. Here's my fun-ride journey until now. 🖥️ Being a scholar at uni, I chose marketing above 4 other industries from which I had job offers. I joined Growisto, a fast-paced marketing agency & became the first intern to get a PPO. In just 3 months, I started managing my own clients and in the next 6 months, I consulted clients, managed SEO projects for 5+ international clients, scaling their accounts and learning everyday. 💸 Fast forward to Scripbox, a Bengaluru-based wealth management firm, where I dived deep into MarTech. I set up a communication framework covering 10,000+ automated messages across six channels. Wearing multiple hats in product, growth, and business teams, I thrived as a Product Growth Manager, overseeing marketing and growth initiatives for our fantastic customer base. 🌎 My adventure continued at Mindvalley, the world's largest personal transformation platform, where I setup & led the customer retention team. I crafted frameworks accounting for $20m+ ARR for the company. From churn reduction, winbacks, higher LTV to better customer engagement, the core focus was on ensuring that the users got the most out of the platform. 💡 Giving back is my passion! I run a growth marketing cohort with Growthschool, where I've empowered 14,000+ enthusiasts. I've also shared my insights at global events in London, Amsterdam, Bengaluru, and beyond.
