As a part of Leadership Development Program at her first organization, Isha worked across a multitude of functions ranging from Sales, New Business Development, Marketing, Lead Generation, and Strategy which built the foundation for her career ahead. She did her MBA at Indian School of Business which gave her an opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and widen her horizon. Post which, she has been working with startups in the areas of Operations, Sales, Marketing and Lead Generation. She currently leads the Global Business & Revenue Operations team at Locus. She loves getting to know people and their stories. Cooking, dancing and playing with dogs are her stress busters. The social causes that she cares about include mental health, education, protecting street animals and sustainability.
