As a Senior Escalation Engineer and SME, I resolve complex issues while mentoring teams and fostering strong customer relationships. My experience spans various roles, including engineering initiatives and project coordination within cross-functional global teams. With an MBA and proficiency in Agile methodologies, I excel at driving projects from inception to completion. I am a Technical leader with more than 9 years of work experience. Currently my day to day responsibilities include handling technical escalations which involves interacting with the enterprise customers on a day to day basis. Conducting technical trainings for new hires and day to day mentoring of fellow engineers. I co- founded a techno-legal consultancy named Tychas Infotech. Although we ran it as a sole- proprietorship and never registered it as a full fledged company, in our 4 years we worked with various clients to deliver them both technical and legal solutions. We delivered various Mobile applications and website solutions on top of working with a legal team to deliver contracts that would cover the companies legally. I was the founder and the business head of the proprietorship and was responsible for getting business for the company. I also Co founded an event management company which was again a sole proprietorship. We used to onboard service lenders (artists, venue owners, wedding planners etc) and seekers (people who need services) and connect them on our platform. I've worked as a volunteer for the United Nations. I started as a content writer working for a UN specialised agency whose aim was to empower specially abled people and prepare them for job interviews. Later I was promoted to the position of Communications Manager where I lead a team of 10-12 UN volunteers across the globe (the volunteers were from China, brazil, India etc) who were interviewers and content writers.
