As a Senior Marketing Manager at Nimida Group, I lead the marketing efforts to build the FMCG verticals of Osh and Wellbe, two brands that offer plant-based and healthy solutions for home care and food as a part of its parent company - Sowparnika Retail Private Limited - A part of the Nimida Group. Prior to this i had the privilege to build The Organic World Brand for 13 stores in Bangalore , known for its industry “Not in our Aisle” list which kept out harmful ingredients from the shelf . In this role , I led the customer acquisiton , retention and retail marketing initiatives including customer engagement and brand management. I started my journey with Healthcare , working with Hosmac , a healthcare consulting and design company that is renowned for creating noteworthy Healthcare Institutions in India- Hiranandani , Apollo , Manipal, Columbia Asia . I also led its initiative to educate Healthcare CXO’s in better decision making with its knowledge initiatives of Healthcare Executive - a magazine spanning Healthcare Design , Management and Operations including successful article collaborations with the Harvard Business Review and Healthcare Knowledge Series - events bringing together change makers in Healthcare. With more than 16 years of experience in the B2B and B2C space, I have developed a strong competence in marketing communications, retail marketing , creative direction, and brand management. I have a proven track record of delivering value-driven marketing campaigns that increase customer retention and acquisition. I thoroughly enjoy building brands from the ground up and mentoring young marketing aspirants in finding their strengths and leveraging it for ground breaking work.
