Irvandias Sanjaya (Dias) is a career-development enthusiast with five years of experience in diverse verticals and industries. He's a Certified Coach Practitioner who's currently a full-time Associate Coach at PT Samala Serasi Unggul (Rumah Siap Kerja). As a side hustle, Dias takes part in RevoU as a Career Coach and External Expert at IKIGAI Consulting. He has a total of >100 hours of career coaching with successfully delivered >50 job-seekers landing jobs. Before, he worked in an impact consulting company, PT Gotong Royong Berdampak (Artemis Impact), as a partnership manager for two years and co-established a disability-centered economic-based inclusion platform, DesignforDream.id, during college. Aside from the professional working field, since 2016, Dias has been an active national public speaker/trainer. He reached >15.000 audiences, >400 speaking hours, and partnered with >75 reputable brands (e.g., Apple Academy, Nutrifood, Skills Academy, AIESEC, Young On Top, Telkomsel, Google Kormo, etc.) related to the topics of (career development, public speaking, personal branding, scholarship, leadership, social entrepreneurship, and inclusivity). In addition, Dias published four books (Gen Resilience, Abroad Youth Vol.1, Aku Juga Anak Indonesia, Dari Senggigi Untuk Indonesia, and 23 Extra Miles) with both individual & co-writing. Along with two fellows, Dias runs a football-based podcast named "Ganteng-Ganteng Manchester United (GGMU) Podcast" (part of Kukila Network) and career-related topics called "Carry your Career." With four disabilities co-founders, he operates Yayasan Disabilitas Berkarya Setara, focusing on enhancing inclusive education in Indonesia. Dias won stellar international competitions, including the 1st Winner of The Busan Global Smart Cities Challenge by Busan Metropolitan City in 2017, Best Project Presentation Winner by Youth Time Organization, Czech Republic, 2016, and Winner of House Young Advocacy Grants Competition by Habitat for Humanity, Philippines, 2016. In addition to that, he received acknowledgment as LinkedIn Power Profile in Social Impact 2018. Dias graduated in Psychology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. He won the 1st Most Outstanding student of UGM Faculty of Psychology 2017, Best Social Persona Student in Dies Natalis UGM 2017, and 2nd Most Outstanding Student of Liga Mahasiswa Berprestasi UGM in 2017.
