I want to help improve the nation by putting my skills to use creating a comprehensive educational system for kids. My service in a low-income school changed my perspective and motivated me to work for national education justice. This experience became the basis of my theory of change for myself and others. I am a firm believer in the potential and quality of every single person, and I place a heavy emphasis on developing leaders within our society by encouraging, testing, and nurturing them.
