I like spending time with company CEOs and decision-makers, as I learn a lot from them. I enjoy reading books and have read dozens so far. I’m currently writing one of my own. I started my career as a Business Analyst at a startup. During that time, I developed an interest in sales, and later transitioned into a Product Manager role at Aishwi Technologies. At one point, I was asked to support the HR team, and that’s when I discovered my real strength. I eventually took on the CHRO role and worked in it for about a year. After that, I started my own company, collaborated with over 10 other companies, and helped them hire more than 500 candidates. Out of those, I personally trained over 430 students to secure jobs, either in those companies or through other opportunities. Currently, I focus on training college students to help them become placement-ready and build strong careers.
