Most of us were handed a body and never taught how to live in it comfortably.

We were told it was too much or not enough. Too loud or too quiet. Too wanting or not wanting enough. We absorbed those messages so early and so deeply that by the time we became adults, we stopped questioning them. We just carried them — into mirrors, into bedrooms, into relationships, into the way we move through the world every single day.

This is a space specifically for that.

For the person who has never felt at home in their own body. For the one who feels shame after sex and doesn't fully understand why. For the one whose desire confuses them — too much of it, not enough of it, directed at the wrong person, showing up at the wrong time. For the one who has spent years disconnected from their own wants because wanting felt dangerous or dirty or simply not allowed.

You don't need to have the words for it yet. You don't need to have it figured out. You just need to show up and say — something about this has never felt right, and I've never had anywhere to take that.

This is where you take it.

In this 45-minute session we go wherever you need to go — your relationship with your body, with desire, with shame, with intimacy, with yourself. No agenda, no fixing, no judgment. Just a genuinely safe space to say the thing you've been sitting with, and a real conversation on the other side of it.

This is for you if:

  1. You carry shame around your body, your desires, or your sexuality and you don't know where it came from or how to put it down
  2. You've never felt fully comfortable in your own skin — especially in intimate situations
  3. Your relationship with desire feels complicated — too much, too little, or just confusing
  4. You've spent years performing okayness around intimacy when the reality has been something quieter and harder
  5. You want to understand yourself better — not be fixed, just understood

What this is not: This is not therapy. I am not a clinician. This is a private, confidential coaching conversation with someone who will hold your story carefully and without judgment.

18+ only. Fully confidential. Nothing you bring here is too fragile or too strange.
