Hi there 👋, I’m Inegben. A creative, product manager, tech tutor, and a product solution architect. In 2016, curiosity led me to tech after a long fruitless football career. Learned tech the hard way, starting my journey as a digital marketer and content writer for media houses. Luckily for me, in 2019 I got my first full-time practical experience of office work during my internship at eeSpace now known as eeHub and IT skill center. That same year, I built my first Edutech project. A final year project platform for university students looking to cut cost and reduce stress. In 2020, my friends and I cobuilt Melhors Investment. A proptech venture that would later fold up in 2021 because of a major deal blow back of $1.2m which led me to debt and instabilities. In 2021, I joined Pennee, a fintech startup now known as Yana as sales and business development lead. 2022, I moved to join Verloop.io, becoming their first West African hire. Where I held the Enterprise Account executive position until 2023 2023, I led marketing and product for two companies (Solakat and Cusecho) while also leading my own project (an Edutech project that would later train 1,119 people across 19 countries). February 2024, I joined Smartsafe UK, the parent company of Smartlearning and Imo Varsity as a marketing geek and would later rise to be the group product manager overseeing all of Smartsafe Technology research, design, and development of both in-house products and clients products. Asides my professional career, I have designed and built multiple products for clients across the US, UK, Canada, Nigeria, and Bahamas. I also ran an AI brand in 2024 that saw me consult for the largest food company in Lebanon and some African startups. Currently I also run a side project called “Inegben” at “Inegben.xyz” where I’m giving back by helping people build tech skills for free. I bring years of experience in marketing, sales, design, branding, and development as a product manager and product solution architect I’m open to discussing new opportunities and paid gigs anytime.
