As a HR & Business Consultant to various small and medium companies and early stage startups across Asia, USA & Africa, I coach and advise business leaders on growth, processes, cadence of reviews and digitalization and professionalization of systems. I combine my 2 decades of HR experience with my passion for tech to help startups in their product development roadmap in the HRTech & HealthTech spaces at Bettermycareer.in and Nurseindia.org. I get to indulge my passion for DEI & Sustainability through my association with Amplo Global – an agile and tech enabled sustainability firm, headquartered in US and working with global clients to build smart ESG products. In Career 1.0, I have been an HR Leader cum CHRO with 20 years of experience across Retail & Modern Trade, Financial Services and Healthcare. I started my career with the Future Group, followed by a decade with the Tatas and then seven years with the CK Birla Group. The teams that I built and the colleagues with whom I worked in each of my companies, continue to be my professional support system even today. I am also privileged to be a Stanford Seed Consultant and I volunteer to make businesses across Africa and India more effective through the levers of Digital, DEI, Leadership Development, Culture and Sustainability – causes that galvanise me.
