I am a multifaceted professional with a foot in three worlds: Law (Court Officer, Indian Judiciary), Science (M.Sc. Biotechnology, DMLT), Business (Startup Co-founder) and a Social Worker (Since Childhood). It’s a unique combination, I know. I work as a Court Manager in the Indian Judiciary from last 25 years and have worked as Techno-Legal intern at International Criminal Court in Netherlands, yet I spend my free time immersed in Biotechnology, STEM related projects and Artificial Intelligence. This balance has taught me one thing: The future belongs to those who understand science and have the courage to build. I am deeply passionate about teaching especially young generation and kids. I have 30 years experience of teaching which has taught me to clear basic concepts of science and technology through Hands-on Learning. At my LAFF-SAR STEM Club, I have been making science accessible to students especially underprivilege students of Kashmir Valley through YouTube and hands-on workshops. I believe that practical knowledge beats rote learning every time. Alongside my brother and a friend, I am also running a startup in the dairy and egg industry. We manage 5 employees and handle the entire supply chain—from production to delivery. This is where I learned the importance of logistics, quality control, and business management.
