It's a movement to help engineering professionals to come out of struggles, pain, stagnancy, and job loss and get clarity, direction, hope, and the right guidance and support toward building their dream careers to live a happy, healthy, joyful and meaningful life. I am a software professional by profession and I gave my 16.5 years to the corporate. I started my career with service based companies. I worked around 5.5 years in service based companies and moved product based companies after that. I worked around 11 years in startups or product based companies. Although I was doing great in my life, I was not happy in my life and career. For many years I was looking for how to live a happy life. Last 16 years of my career I could not understand the actual means of life and how to live a happy and joyful life. I started searching for the answer to my question: how to be happy and live a joyful life. Then one day I got the answer to my questions and doubts. I am really grateful for that day of my life from the bottom of my heart. I found that day there is a purpose of our life without purpose, life is hell. I started thinking about the purpose of my life. After 2 months of struggle, I finally found my passion and purpose. It took me 39 years to find the purpose of my life. I found Writing, Mentoring and Coaching people is my passion because I love it more than anything else. I used to write in my study days and I started my career by mentoring and coaching people but I was not aware that was my passion. After entering into the corporate world, everyone forgot everything. It's true whether we accept it or not. I am a son of a farmer and came from a small village. I have never seen a college in my life. Still I was doing great in my career and life. I am grateful that I get a chance to train many new IIT and IIM freshers to start their career journey. I was working as a Senior Director of Engineering in my past organization but I was not happy because that was not my passion where I was stuck for the last 16 years. I worked 16 years in corporate only for myself and my family. I decided now I have to work the rest of my life to help others. I have seen how people struggle to start with their careers and in the corporate world. I will work with individuals by guiding and supporting them technically or non-technically to live a happy, healthy, joyful and a meaningful life.
