Hi! I’m Priyanka Bagla, the founder of ImproWise Consulting. My journey has been driven by passion, determination, and a deep desire to empower young women and youth, whether they are unmarried or married, working or non-working, to unlock their full potential and live fulfilling lives. My story began at the age of 17 when I was teaching 11th-grade students while still in school. That early experience sparked a lifelong mission to nurture young minds. As a professor in various universities and colleges across India and Myanmar, I had the privilege of inspiring many students. However, during my time in Myanmar, amidst the global COVID-19 pandemic, I felt a calling to make a more profound impact — especially on women and girls. This calling led me to explore Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a transformative tool that empowered me to change the way I perceived myself and the world around me. After studying NLP at Neoway Academy, Bangalore, and NFNLP (USA), I founded ImproWise Consulting in January 2021. My mission is to help young women and youth overcome their limiting beliefs, build self-worth, and develop a growth mindset that propels them toward success.
