Sixty minutes run like an actual interview loop, not a chat about interviews.
35 minutes of me interviewing you - you pick the round: Node.js and JavaScript internals, API and schema design, database modelling, or a full system design question. Then 25 minutes of feedback while it is still fresh.
Afterwards you get a written scorecard: what would have got you a no, what to say instead, and the two or three things to practise before the real thing. I run design reviews and interview candidates at work, so this is the same bar I apply there.
Tell me the company and role when you book so I can pitch the round at the right level.
