Over the past 𝟳.𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽𝘀, 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀, I have designed complex, data-heavy products for SREs, platform teams, banking operations, and now Salesforce Developers & Admins building AI-powered applications. I specialise in Developer Tools, Observability, Identity & Access Management, Conversational AI, Design Systems, and Data-dense Interfaces. My strength is systems thinking. I turn messy, technical, multi-stakeholder problems into intuitive workflows, scalable patterns, and products teams can confidently build on. From monitoring and deployment platforms to authentication systems and AI agent experiences, I make deeply technical software feel usable. I work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to shape product strategy, not just screens. I contribute to design systems, define interaction patterns for complex enterprise tools, and use user research to ensure usability scales with complexity.
