As an Application Development Manager for Global Cruise Lines Ltd, I led an agile team focusing on customer onboarding, payments, procurements, financial reporting, and ship-to-shore communication optimization. In addition, in the past, I have worked as a Business Consultant at UniSystems, member of a multi-disciplined team that defined a software development lifecycle guide along with the relevant processes and toolchain for large-scale IT systems (eu-LISA); lately, having worked as Lead Business Analyst at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) for the Early Warning and Response System (EWRS) I contributed to the development of various Public Health modules and the AI transition of core applications.
