• Manage and lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts working towards the delivery of consumer and enterprise solutions and the development of data science products • Model complex problems, discover insights, identify opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining, and visualization techniques • Integrate and prepare large, varied datasets; architect specialized database and computing environments; and communicate results • Develop experimental design approaches to validate finding or test hypotheses • Solve client analytics’ problems and communicates results and methodologies in an easy to understandable manner • Research new approaches/methods to improve, optimize, and test targeted questions • Work closely with business analysts to gain an understanding of client business and problems • Participate in the development of a “Data Science Product/ Solution Roadmap” and then work directly on the development of products and solutions identified in that plan
