Ice is the Chief People Officer of SAVii - a Singapore-registered Fintech company bringing financial solutions to the workplace. Former Chief Human Resources Officer & Head of Corporate Services for CIMB Bank - a multi-awarded digital retail bank which she helped launch. It was recognized as PH's Best Employer Brand 2019/2020/2021 & Top 100 Asia's Best Employer Brands 2019 during her stint. She has worked for top companies in the Business Process Management, Technology, Banking, eCommerce & Non-Profit sectors - providing a unique take on HR business partnership, transformation & people strategy. In 2014, she was hired by the British Council as CHRO & Head of Business Support —overseeing Human Capital as well as the entire enabling functions (IT, Facilities and Administration, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Governance). In late 2015, she joined as the first employee for the multinational tech company SLK Global (SLK Group) as their CHRO and helped set up their Philippines branch office. She was eventually appointed as SLK's Board Director in 2017. To date, Ice has supported 4 successful multinational business start ups and numerous business transitions for clients in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, Philippines & other ASEAN territories. Ice was also featured as one of the fifty HR leaders in the book The 50: HR Leaders Reimagining the Filipino Organization.
