I’m Anurag Pandey, a startup ecosystem leader, investor, and strategic consultant with over a decade of experience in incubation, investment promotion, venture building, and strategic partnerships. I currently advise multiple HNI investment funds, serve as CEO of incubatX and Partner at CatalystX VC, and previously led DST i-TBI Sharda Launchpad (Department of Science & Technology, Government of India) as CEO after serving as SACC Ecosystem Head (Haryana Government). Across these roles, I have supported 500+ startups, facilitated ₹50 Cr+ in funding, and collaborated with organisations including Samsung, Canon, Mahindra, Hero, Brainly, Arihant, and AICTE. I also mentor with AIM NITI Aayog, where I have been featured twice in the annual magazine, and was recognised among India's Top Investors by Money Matters Magazine. Among my recent milestones are receiving the International Business Summit & Awards 2026 (Jaipur Edition) by the Indian Council for Entrepreneurship & Innovation (ICEI) in the Investor category, representing a DST-supported incubator at the FICCI–Chile Innovation Delegation as one of only five selected incubators, and serving as a panel speaker at FITT Forward 2025, IIT Delhi's annual gathering of incubators and innovation leaders. Earlier, I received the 3rd Prize at the Indian International Science Festival (VIBHA, Government of India) for developing gamified educational tools and have contributed to curriculum design and educational innovation with Disha, Arihant, Oswaal Books, S. Chand, Vikas Publishing, Chegg, Brainly, and Embibe, reflecting my commitment to creating scalable impact across entrepreneurship, education, and innovation.
