I'm a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a passion for HVAC systems and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Currently, I'm thriving in my role as a System Application Specialist/ Equipment Project Manager at Johnson Controls Canada. My diverse background includes international experience, having previously worked with Johnson Controls-Hitachi Air Conditioning in India, where I took on various roles encompassing pre-sales, business operations, and post-sales support. In this capacity, I provided crucial support to a team of 14 Territory Sales Managers in North India. My experience has honed my skills in effective communication, sales, negotiation, operations, marketing, and customer service, all of which are essential in maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, I hold a postgraduate diploma in Global Business Management with a specialization in Marketing from Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning, Toronto. This educational journey has enriched my understanding of the global business landscape. Currently, I'm enrolled in the Engineering Intern (EIT) program with PEO, further enhancing my professional qualifications.
