Want to Switch: Non-IT to IT

Being from a Non-IT background, whenever we think of the IT industry, some pros (like better salary, free cabs and meals, getting company shares etc.) and cons (like Programming/Coding) comes to our mind.

And programming/coding alone is the reason that de-motivates us to get into IT Industry, but the truth is that there are many jobs in the IT industry which do not require coding and welcome people from Non-IT backgrounds.
