I'm Pankaj, a Frontend Engineer with 4.5+ years building performant, production-grade apps in React, Next.js, and TypeScript. I started out in digital marketing (SEO, GA4, GTM) before switching into engineering — a background that still shapes how I think about UX and business impact. I've shipped features across product teams at GradRight, EZ Works (Caspr.ai, TR42.ai), Redbasil, and Youblock — cutting page load times by ~50%, reducing perceived latency by ~40% with SSE streaming, and improving data grid rendering by ~60% through virtualization. I'm also the solo founder of Formpey, a UPI-native form builder, and I write and build in public under @devsamaaj, sharing what I learn about frontend performance and AI-native UX. If you're switching into tech, prepping for frontend interviews, or want feedback on your React/Next.js code, resume, or GitHub profile — I'd love to help. I've mentored 100+ students at Masai School and know what it takes to break in and level up.
