He created a safe space for open discussion and offered clear, actionable advice around exploring new opportunities in HR. What stood out was his ability to listen patiently and then guide with clarity, especially when I was navigating uncertainty. Our conversation not only broadened my understanding of HR career paths but also introduced me to useful platforms like Topmate.io, which I can now use to position my skills better.
