I’m Chandrasekhar Baksi, a Product Designer based in Kolkata, with a background in Computer Applications (MCA & BCA) from Lovely Professional University. Currently, I’m working as a Sr. Product Designer at Plena Finance, where I design AI-driven platforms like Ludex.AI and Plena’s AI Playground, and have helped build brand identity and design systems from the ground up. Before this, I was with Relinns, where I led the design for BotPenguin, an AI chatbot builder. I also created Elevate Design System, a scalable design system for the BotPenguin platform. My journey into design began with a love for art and human-centered thinking, which led me to pursue the Google UX Design Specialization and Figma UI/UX Design Essentials. These experiences, along with my tech background, help me bridge user needs, business goals, and engineering challenges effectively. Having grown up in West Bengal, I value diverse perspectives and bring that openness into my work. Outside of design, I enjoy painting and exploring visual storytelling, which often fuels my creativity. I believe in lifelong learning, and I’m always looking to grow, improve, and create meaningful digital experiences.
