Harsha is a management graduate from the Indian School of Business, majoring in Strategy & Leadership and a bachelor's graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) from Bengaluru University. He has ~12 years of diverse work experience across industries (E-commerce, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Power) and functions (Strategy, Program Management, Operations, Marketing). He has consciously built his professional profile for diversity since he believes that leadership acumen requires adaptability, openness to change and that these traits can be acquired by experiencing and appreciating diversity in the professional career. Another major highlight in his career is his penchant for geographical diversity. He has traveled to and stayed in several parts of India as a part of his work, be it remote power plants in the red corridor or the cosmopolitan cities. In each of his employers, he has made travel an integral part of his job since he has always nurtured a need to learn through travel. He is a polyglot with varying proficiency (oral, script) in several languages (Indian, Foreign). He has experience working collaboratively across organizational hierarchy- from top management to wage-earning workers. This exposure has inculcated in him a high degree of emotional agility and empathy to work with new teams.
