About this session

Your resume gets you the interview. Your portfolio closes it. Most junior designers treat them as two separate things but recruiters and hiring managers look at them together, and if they don't tell the same story, you lose the shortlist before you even get a chance to speak.

In this 30-minute live session, we'll go through your resume and portfolio together... line by line, screen by screen.. cutting what's hurting you, strengthening what's working, and making sure both pieces work as one cohesive pitch for the role you want.

For your resume, I'll help you tailor it to the specific design role you're applying for, make sure it clears ATS filters so it actually reaches a human, and fix the structure and content so it earns the shortlist instead of getting skipped.

For your portfolio, we'll look at how your case studies are structured, whether your problem framing and process come through clearly, and whether the overall presentation matches the level of the roles you're targeting. A great portfolio doesn't just show what you made, it shows how you think. We'll make sure yours does both.

By the end you'll have a clear, specific list of changes to make to both not vague feedback, but actionable edits you can implement the same day.
