You'll then receive a response with notes, recommendations, and/or resources tailored to the situation. If we need to clarify anything, we'll reach out at no cost to you and then get back to you with a substantive reply.

Please note that this is meant to specific challenges like a bartender who is drinking in the walk-in or a dishwasher who's making sexually explicit comments every time women servers drop plates in the dish pit.
