I’m Sudarshana Mukherjee, Founder of Your Career Narrative and Executive – Human Resources at Globsyn Business School. My day-to-day work spans recruitment and HR operations: understanding hiring requirements, preparing job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting offer processes, and managing onboarding documentation. I also work with employee records, HR MIS, appraisal coordination, employee queries and engagement activities. Alongside these responsibilities, I develop and maintain technology-enabled recruitment tracking and reporting tools using Google Forms, Google Sheets and Apps Script.
