As a DS Manager, I sit with consulting clients and internal R&D teams who are looking to integrate new data plays into their existing list of services and products. Our flagship platform, tryroadmap.com, is an end-to-end environment for product managers (PMs) to develop and share actionable Scope of Work (SOW) documents in AI/ML space. Our onboarding process is an extended 100 days and is usually in a small consulting R&D project. Our current integrations layer includes GitHub, AWS applications and products and Slack. We give PMs more clarity in developing and updating their SOW responsibilities within their engineering team while keeping everyone in the team accountable to the team's best practices.
