Booking & Refund Policy

• The ₹50 amount paid through Topmate is a non-refundable booking fee used to secure your studio session slot. This amount will be adjusted in your total session charges.
• The remaining payment for the studio session will be collected offline on the day of the session. By completing the payment, you agree to this non-refundable booking policy.
• If your requested reschedule date is more than one week away from the original date, your session will be canceled.
• Rescheduling is only permitted in the case of unforeseen emergencies. If you cancel your session, payment is strictly non-refundable.
